NBRB Compliance Monitoring System

In a bid to ensure improved compliance of building operations, National Building Review Board (NBRB) is required to build the capacity of stakeholders for effective implementation of the Building Control Act, Cap. 136 (the Act). Further, Section 32 of the Act mandates the Building Control Officer (BCO) to inspect the erection, demolition of any building and to carry out regular inspection of completed buildings.
This is a standardized tool to enable the BCOs conduct inspection activities in their jurisdictions and for the NBRB to monitor building developments for safe and sustainable building operations.
